The experience behind Tasty Hour Catering was built over more than two decades of hands-on delivery by Mohamad El-Zeinab and his previous catering businesses — across construction sites, infrastructure projects, managed facilities and corporate workplaces. Historic project environments include organisations such as Morgan Sindall, Willmott Dixon, Skanska, Kier, Hill, Bovis Homes, BAM, Berkeley Group, Costain, Toureen Group, Mitie and HS2 project environments.

Through Yum Yum Pantry, the business developed significant large-scale catering capability - historically delivering 600–800 meals per day across major project sites, requiring high-volume food production, multi-site coordination and consistent daily delivery under demanding conditions.
